Drouzin le Mont, situated at the top of the beautiful Col du Corbier is a charming family friendly ski resort. Ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders, Drouzin offers wide open blues, steep black, challenging reds, and tree lined green runs through the forest. All of the accommodation faces the pistes, so the less active may observe their more active colleagues, and parents can watch their children taking their first steps on snow from the comfort of their balcony.
Drouzin has 15 runs served by 2 chair-lifts, 4 drag-lifts and 2 snow-wires. The Col Du Corbier is the pass which links the main resorts of the vast Portes Du Soleil ski area, being 20 minutes from Morzine, Chatel and Evian, Drouzin is well located for those looking to ski in a variety of different resorts during their stay.
Accommodation includes 12 person luxury chalets, a penthouse, family chalets, well appointed apartments, and studios, all priced very competitively with respect to other resorts in the region.
Once the snow has gone, the resort transforms into a haven of tranquility, with rustic restaurant, tennis court and many beautiful walks through the stunning alpine flowers.
For the more active holiday there is rafting, climbing, horse-riding, paragliding and swimming in the stunning lakes. Since hosting the World Championships in 2007 the Portes du Soleil has become a must for mountain bike enthusiasts. Chatel is home to ‘The Fantastiable’ a zip wire 250m above the valley floor and 3 km long. There are many chateaux and tourist attractions.
